My wife doesn’t believe drugs like cannabis should be legal

My wifey’s sister died of an overdose when she was merely 20 years old. She had been living on the streets for as long as 2 years. She had a pretty serious problem with methamphetamines plus a few other heavy drugs. When Lisa died, my wife went absolutely mad with severe grief. It took quite a few years of counseling for her to recover in time, however she was especially close with her sister. Ever since the overdose, my wifey has been a number one supporter of anti-drug legislation. My wifey does not think that drugs such as pot should be legalized. As a matter of fact, my wifey does not really think that marijuana offers any true medical benefits, but this has been a subject of discussion in our condo for the past few weeks. Back in December, my doctor suggested using medical marijuana to help deal with heavy anxiety plus depression. I have fought with anxiety plus depression throughout the course of my life! As I get older, the symptoms are getting more challenging to deal with. When the healthcare worker suggested using medical marijuana, my wifey legitimately lost her head. She thought the doctor was a total quack plus she told myself and others to get another opinion. I learned a lot of information about medical marijuana plus its effectiveness as a treatment for heavy anxiety plus depression. All of the studying materials actually suggests that it can be incredibly effective. I truly want to try using marijuana, however my wife thinks it is a one way ticket to drug rehab or death. I can’t get her to see things clearly in the least. All she can think about is the way her sister ended up passing away.
