I have been the manager of a large and very busy cannabis shop in our area. We have over 15,000 square feet of space in our cannabis dispensary. There is a lounge with chairs, a television set, and a bar. We have more than 1,000 different marijuana products in our shop. These include edibles, vape pen cartridges, flower, tinctures, and concentrate. We have only been open for business for about six months, but our shop always has customers. Our bartenders seldom get a chance to leave their areas, unless it is time to go home. After the first month of business, I was talking to the owner of the cannabis dispensary. I told him that we needed to focus on getting our online ordering system up and running properly. We were steadily losing online customers because of how poorly the online cannabis shop worked. I brought this up at every corporate meeting for the next month. When we had our last corporate meeting, the owner of the marijuana dispensary brought up the subject of our online ordering system, before I had the chance. He said the system had been updated and it would be back online by the following Wednesday. The system was fixed so it would automatically update with our present inventory, new inventory, and sales items. I know that our customers are going to be thrilled with our new online marijuana product ordering system. I’ll be sending out flyers to all of our customers and including them in with every order that goes out of the shop for the next week. This new online ordering system is going to take our marijuana dispensary to new heights.
