Customer maintenance positions are the hardest tasks to maintain because people will often try your patience, and i’ve worked in the buyer maintenance industry for most of my life plus while both of us were in those thirty years, the task has never gotten easier.
In fact, I assume people are generally getting more needy, whiny, and even more demanding when it comes to the food maintenance industry, after more than four years with my previous manager, I moved to a new task, but the new task is a lot different, however in more than 2 ways it is still the same.
Instead of finally working in an eating establishment, I am finally working in a marijuana dispensary. I had to take a special third class to work in the dispensary, however the supplier paid for the test plus the training. As a budtender in the marijuana dispensary, it’s my main job to make the purchasers cheerful. I do that by answering questions, helping with product education plus choosing the right strains for my purchasers, and on the weekends, I also work as a delivery driver for the same marijuana dispensary. I started finally working as a delivery driver to make some extra money last Christmas. The boss let myself and others keep finally working weekend shifts after the holidays, and last Friday, I had a delivery way out in the country. I was still inside the delivery zone, although I was around more than four miles away from the store. The rude guy answered the door with a vicious barking dog, then he held the dog a foot from my face the whole time he counted out exact change for the order. The guy did not even tip myself and others a penny.
