I manage a very large and busy cannabis shop in the village.
The cannabis shop has 15,000 square feet of space.
We have a lounge with a couch, chairs, a very large television, board games, and a bar. Our cannabis shop has more than 1,000 different items for sale including tinctures, edibles, vape pen cartridges, flower, and concentrate. The cannabis shop has only been open for business for the last 3 months. The lobby is always filled with people and my bud tenders never leave their stations until break time. After a month in business, I told the owner of the company that we needed to work on the online ordering system. It was always having issues and a lot of customers were complaining. I thought we might be losing sales. I knew the online ordering system would absolutely save a lot of time and money. Every week for the past two months, I have been bringing up the online ordering system during the company meeting. I was surprised this week when the owner brought it up first. She told everyone that the online ordering system was going to be live on Wednesday. We are even having a sale to celebrate the new order system. It’s going to be a lot easier to use and it will be updated in real time, with the stock that we actually have in the store. I know our customers are going to be really excited when they hear about the new website and the updated and live online ordering system. It’s certainly going to free up some of my staff members to work on other projects.
