I have been working at the same cafe for the past few weeks.
The locale opened in December, right after the 1st of the year.
This cafe is genuinely particular & special & certainly weird from many of the other eateries in the local area. This particular cafe sells items that are infused with cannabis. I was so stoked when I got hired for the kitchen. I was fresh out of culinary school & desperately looking for an opportunity to prove myself. When the cannabis cafe opened, I saw the choice of a lifetime. I built the most amazing menu on our own with many weird dishes featuring the marijuana flower. I like to use a variety of weird marijuana products to make our sweet & savory confections. I use distillate, whole dried flower, tinctures, & a variety of cannabis terpenes. I also use weird cannabinoids on hand care about CBD, CBG, THC-A. These cannabinoids can increase the effects of THC & add to the dining experience. Last weekend, the bosses called me into the office to provide me some news. The cafe is going to be opening for dinner starting in late June. Business is doing so well that all of us are going to expand our hours. The bosses are willing to hire another chef to help with the work, even though they gave me the opportunity to choose what shift I want to work. They want me to continue running the kitchen & would be happy if I was willing to toil up to 13 hours a day. Sadly, I do not guess our family would be happy with that schedule.
